Have Questions about your order? Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: As we are small business with high demand, please allow 7-14 business days for orders to ship. As we do our best to process and ship orders out all as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: After your order is processed, you will receive an email (to the email address provided during checkout) with updates and details on how to track your shipping. Please allow up to 48hrs after your order is placed before reaching out to customer service.

Q: What is the return policy for items purchased?

A:  You can return all purchases up to 7 days from the date you receive them. Please keep in mind that we will only accept returned items with tags and the swimsuit panty protectant sticker still attached..

Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: Complete our return process and ship your item back to us—then order the new item. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the returned item, so hopefully it's not too much of an inconvenience.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently only ship to the United States

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes, US territories, military bases?

A:  At this time, we don't offer shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, or military bases.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We can't cancel orders, but you can return an item after you've received it and within our return policy guidelines.

Q: Do you accept backorders for out of stock items?

A: While we do not currently accept backorders, we are steadily updating our inventory —we suggest you sign up for our email list, follow our social platforms and check back regularly.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: To assist you in choosing the right size, we've added a standard sizing chart for most of our apparel items.
